Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue ellis-taylor, an American stage, screen actor and producer. She is most famous as a film actress due to her work on the films Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) as well as The Mentalist. She completed a Bachelors of Arts degree in African-American Studies at Brown University, and a Master in Fine Arts in Acting at the Tisch School for the Art New York University. Aunjanue is an actress for theater and film, and she is also an actor and producer. Her acting career began in the theater. Later, she was a part of several television shows including independent films as well as mainstream films. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico and appeared on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes for which she won critical acclaim but also a number of nominations and awards, including the Television Critics Choice Award nomination for the Best Actress in a Movie. She made her professional debut with the character Ariel in The Tempest in 1995. Her stage credits include Broadway show of Joe Turner's Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. Her film career began in the late 1990s. her most notable work is her roles in films like Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express and The Help. Her most well-known role is her work on the crime drama series on ABC, High Incident.
